Description

Construction of new floating boathouse and refurbishment of existing outdoor activity centre, demolition of existing flat roof garage, refurbishment & extension of existing former workshop for use a coffee stall and construction of new flexible community room. Enclosure of existing subway tunnel to provide storage for activity centre.
