Application for Retrospective Listed Building Consent for emergency like-for-like replacement of failed combi-boiler. Replacement of existing convection radiators with style column radiators. One radiator relocated and a one additional radiator added to system in loungue requiring four small holes in floorboards to accommodate pipework.
