Application for a Lawful Development Certificate for a Proposed use or development - The existing polycarbonate roof and double glazed windows are being removed. A new timber roof with concrete roof tiles and 2 velux windows is being installed. The walls will be built up to create a new window opening and an opening for a bi-fold door.
