Description

Application for variation of Condition Nos.1 following grant of planning permission 22/06008/H(Granted under appeal APP/Z0116/D/23/3335779 ) Add solar panels to assist the house to be run using a sustainable energy source. Add a small rooflight to the rear between the dormers to allow for a natural light source into the bathroom which otherwise has none. The variations proposed to the conditions of the approved scheme are to request the inclusion of Solar Panels and a small rooflight as described in the provided drawings.
