Application for approval of details reserved by condition 2 , 3, 4 and 5 of permission 23/00861/F Change of use from offices (Use Class E) to a residential dwelling (Use Class C3), together with external alterations to the facilitate its change of use including alterations to fenestration to the main building, installation of vent and new steel balustrade, and alterations to the fenestration and replacement roof to the rear garden building with installation of photovoltaic panels to the south facing roof slope to create a residential annexe.
