Means of access from New Fosseway Road and Petherton Road (Major). Approval now sought for reserved matters of Appearance, landscaping, layout , and scale. Non-Material Amendment sought to Block 3 (plots 102-107) apartment building is being moved back to avoid a clash with existing retained trees. To incorporate this change there have been minor amendments to the parking area and bin/cycle storage.
