Application for approval of details reserved by condition nos. 2 (Phasing and Completion Plan) and 3B (Method Statements) of permission 25/13666/LMA - Proposed refurbishment, comprising internal and external alterations of existing office buildings (comprising 'Circle', 'Link' and 'Crescent' buildings) including single storey upward extension to Crescent building, glazed entrance lobby extension and external additions to Link building, to provide office floorspace and flexible ground and lower ground floor uses (Use Class E) and ancillary event space, roof terraces, cycle parking, servicing arrangements, lighting, public realm works and landscaping.
