Application for approval of details reserved by condition no's 2 (Method Statement) and 3 (Detailed Drawings) of permission 25/12857/LA - Change of use from 2no. flats 3A & 3B to 1no. dwelling. Removal of the kitchen in 3B and installation of a staircase from 3A up into 3B. Full removal of kitchen entrance doorway stud wall.
