Non material amendment on ref: 19/0594/FUL dated 23rd December 2025 proposed to regularise the planning permission: 1. Roof amended to reflect the originally permitted geometry. (Refer to dwg no. 1763-104 Rev PL4.)2. Elevation revised to remove the blind window and corresponding window below. (Refer to dwg no. 1763-202 Rev PL4.)3. Porch redesigned as a smaller external canopy centred over the relocated doorway and positioned away from the original house.(Refer to dwg no. 1763-202 Rev PL4.)4.
