Description

Non-material amendment on application 25/04017/HFUL to amend the high-level kitchen window to form two separate windows with a central brick pier. Previously, the householder planning approval showed a single large window.Amend the approved external doorset to Bedroom 1 to retain the existing window, previously approved external doorset is not required, thus now retaining the existing site condition.Amend the existing dining room window to form a new external door. The proposed door will be the same width as the existing window. Previously, the householder planning application retained the existing window.Add a new chimney pot to the top of the existing chimney.(All changes are highlighted on the submitted drawings with red annotations).
