Description

Redecoration and localised repairs to existing timber decorative balustrading and installation of a new frameless glass balustrade. Renewal of existing lead flashings beneath balustrading and renewal of existing copper roof hatch and associated guardrails. Installation of new polymeric roof covering over existing asphalt roof finish, with re-installation of lightning protection and renewal of cement haunching to chimney/flue.
