Pre application advice for amendments to windows and door openings of approval PA23/09892, for the extension andalteration of Gardeners Cottage within the curtilage of Tullimaar House (Grade II). The amendments include minor adjustments to window sizes and positions, relocation of the porch door, a small increase in the extension eaves height, the addition of a conservation rooflight, and limited internal layout alterations to rationalise the staircase and improve compliance with Building Regulations
