Description
Targeted Planning Performance Agreement - As part of the approved planning (PA22/01511) there are interfaces where we need to consult with Highways and the LLFA. For highways, we are planning on constructing a new temporary bellmouth access off an adoptable highway (in two locations). This would typically be carried out S171, S184 etc and we need to consult with highways to obtain the relevant approvals.For the LLFA, it is a similar situation however we need to cross over ordinary watercourses which typically need to be reviewed by the LLFA
