Non material amendment in relation to Decision Notice PA22/05411 dated 16.06.2023: Revision to condition 14. Proposed wording:"The road widening and traffic calming works shall be undertaken in full in accordance with the details approved by the Local Planning Authority on 11 July 2025 under PA25/04045 (or any variation subsequently approved by the Local Planning Authority) before any development proceeds past damp proof course level. The approved scheme shall be retained as such thereafter."
