Replace the 5no. timber windows to the first floor window bay to the front elevation with uPVC units; Replace the 3No. timber windows to the first floor to the rear elevation with uPVC units; Timber boards below the windows to be replaced with 18mm thick marine plywood with white gloss enamel finish; Cap over the timber soffits and fascia boards with white uPVC trims and Replace the existing cast iron rainwater downpipes to the right hand side elevation with uPVC.
