T1- Lilac tree in our front courtyard garden that is leaning outwards, impacting the stone wall at front of the property. This may eventually fall and destroy the wall, and/or create injury or risk to the highway directly outside.As this property is in conservation area, we are seeking advice on the next steps with this.
