T1 Oak: Remove damage primary scaffold overhanging The Foxhills. Scaffold to be either reduced to suitable natural target (red line on image), OR reduced in line with the kerb edge using a coronet cut, pruning to mimic a natural fracture (yellow line on image), Proposal discussed with Tree Officer following site visit 01.04.2026.
