External alterations including replacement doors, installation of ventilation louvres, formation of a roof level opening to facilitate future extractor equipment; Internal alterations including demolition works to remove shop front doors, partitions and stairs, creation of minor openings in floor slab to accommodate new stairs lifts and riser/hoists; Creation of new partition walls and a new service route NON MATERIAL AMENDMENT to 25/02470/FU The changes comprise the following (1) rationalisation of ground floor refuse store and lobby area improving the active frontage to Harewood Street, (2) ducting reconfigurations to first floor slab and (3) minor adjustment to consented roof duct opening.
