Demolition of the existing buildings and construction of a new building for residential use (Use Class C3), provision of internal roads for vehicular and pedestrian access and servicing, car parking, landscaping, a substation, new pedestrian infrastructure and modifications to existing vehicular and pedestrian access NON MATERIAL AMENDMENT to 22/06370/FU To regularise that development can come forward in phases, notably a condition stage following by the built form. It is therefore proposed to insert a new planning condition requiring the submission of a phasing plan and amendments to conditions 14 15 26 28 29 37 and 52 to reflect the phased delivery of the development.
